Effect of Different Organic Manures Application on the Bioactive Compound and Yield of Taşköprü Garlic (Allium sativum L.) under 50% Drought

This study was carried out to assess the contribution of different organic fertilizer mixtures [(CONTROL (open field), CATTLE, CHICKEN, GOAT, İMPORTED PEAT (IPT), NATİVE (NPT), FİELD SOİL (FS: in greenhouse)] drought tolerance Taşköprü garlic, which exposed 50% water deficiency under greenhouse conditions. For this purpose, measurement yield performed with bulbs, but amount some bioactive chemicals as chlorophyll, carotenoid, flavonoid, phenolic, proline, protein, free amino acid, sugars, pyruvic malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities obtained from fresh leaf cloves grown soil mix. According result, while pigment found be higher FS FS-IPT, flavonoid FS-CHICKEN total phenolic FS-CATTLE-GOAT samples, nitrogenous compounds, sugars (glucose, sucrose) were rich control group field).
